When Dean’s needed
an
addition to their facility in
late
February of
2003,
VVC was pleased
to accommodate their
needs. The only
stipulation with the deal
was that
Dean’s
needed to be
into their
new
warehouse
space by July 1st of the
same year
giving VVC only four
months
to
complete the 150,000 sq.
ft. space.
Van
Vactor Construction, LLC accepted
the
challenge and within those four
months
completed the facility
and was
able to
beat the set deadline.

Turn 1 Motorsports (Phase I and II)
45,000 sq. ft. Retail Space
Pine Creek West was the location where Andy
Beckmann, owner/operator of Turn 1 Motorsports,
wanted
to build his new 25,000 sq. ft. retail/service
store and Van Vactor Construction, LLC was the
general
contractor that he chose to construct his
innovative building. Beckham was pleased with VVC
and when he wanted to add an additional 20,000 sq.
ft onto his building one-year later, Van Vactor
Construction, LLC was the company that he called
once again. The addition included additional retail and warehouse space for Turn 1
as well as retail space for the Memory Zone Scrapbook Store.

Pine Creek Center
25,000 sq. ft. retail space
Van Vactor Construction, LLC’s first major endeavor in
the construction industry. Pine Creek Center is now home to Sears, The Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Lafree
Orthopedic and Sport Physical Therapy, Edward Jones, PC Source, and also Van Vactor Construction, LLC.
VVC designed, constructed the building, and did tenant finish outs for the center.

Grand Rental Station 9,000 Sq. ft. Retail/Warehouse
Van Vactor Construction, LLC utilized a
Nucor Building System for this half retail/ half storage structure located on Hoham Drive in
Plymouth. Grand Rental Station needed to have the building completed by the end of
July 2005 because they were moving from a leased location into their own building.
Van Vactor Construction, LLC completed the building prior to the
deadline and was able to make the transition for Grand Rental a good
one.
